Return Policy
Returning Merchandise
ineedaleatherbag.com should be notified no later than 10 days after you receive your order should you want to return your merchandise. ALL PRODUCTS HAVE A 10 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!
Returns are accepted:
1) If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise.
2) If the merchandise is defective.
Returns cannot be accepted if:
1) Your order was shipped out of the continental USA.
All postage fees, both to you and back to us are the responsibility of the purchaser. All returns must be pre authorized. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. (No restocking fee on exchanges.) Please do not mail the merchandise back without first contacting ineedaleatherbag@gmail.com.
ineedaleatherbag.com is not responsible for any misrepresentation of products by the manufacturer or by its distributors. Pictures and descriptions are provided by the respective manufacturer.
Order Cancellations
1) Orders can be canceled only if the order has not been shipped.
2) There will be a 3% order cancellation fee on all orders paid by credit card to cover the credit card processing fees.

Handmade Leather Products
The handmade leather is exactly that, it is handmade and not one handmade purse, pouch, or handbag is alike. They are all very unique and only one of a kind. Ineedaleatherbag works very hard to keep new bags available. When a bag is purchased online that can’t be remade, it will be removed from the website on the next business day. This is to prevent any overlapping orders for the same one of a kind bag. In the case of overlapping orders you will be contacted, you may have a choice to hProductsave money refunded to you or to put money towards another purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Leather pouches are not identical. The product image you see will be similar to your bag based on what color leather pouch you choose. Since they are handmade from recycled leather the tone and color will vary.
Back Order Policy
All though we never plan on being delayed by a backorder but it can happen. We will notify you as soon as possible to either wait for your product to come in or refund your full order and shipping amount.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Times
ineedaleatherbag.com will ship all products within 4-5 business days. Sometimes special circumstances arise and shipping may take a bit longer. If a situation arises that will delay your order in any way we will contact you by phone or email. Alaska and Hawii shipments can take 10-15 business days to ship.
Warranties
All of our products carry warranties and some carry extended warranties. Warranty information can be obtained by emailing ineedaleatherbag@gmail.com ALL PRODUCTS HAVE A 10 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!
Shipping is a flat fee of $9.45 per order. We usually ship orders within 1 business day. UPS Ground is who we ship through. Transit times can range from 1-5 business days depending on your location.
Damaged Goods Policy
Sometimes situations arise that are out of our control. Among the most common is damaged merchandise through shipping. In the case that your order in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier it has to be claimed with that carrier. We will replace defective merchandise but can not be held liable for the actions of the freight carrier.
